My Rest Day

Hi, I just wanted to let everyone know that today is my rest day on the wii ea sports active game. I really enjoy the game and would encourage anyone who is having a hard time getting motivated to exercise to try the ea sports active. It really makes it fun. Today I am catching up on laundry and other household obligations. Have a great day and let me know what you think and if you have any advice I am open to it as well.
