You use it for working out and it is great. For example: Say you do your interval training and you run for a 2 minutes then you walk for 5 minutes. This timer allows you to set it so it will beep or vibrate when it is time to switch to your next interval, no need to keep looking at your watch anymore. It also has a repeat function, so you do not need to reset it each time you do your intervals.
The GymBoss also has a stop watch function It is very handy and you can use it with any workout routine. It is also great for weight lifting. It comes in different colors, black, pink, silver and camo. It has a belt clip attached to it for a secure fit. The best part is that it is water and shock resistant.
