I'm back, I hope all is well with everyone. I just wanted to let you know that today is my rest day. Lately, the ea sports active has been kicking my butt. The game just let me know that my exercises will be getting harder, not complaining though, I need it. I really hate to sweat though. If someone could invent something that you could wear on your body to prevent sweating it would be awesome. Unfortunately, if your body did not sweat you would internally overheat and die, not a good scenario. Every Thursday I am going to start posting what I am thankful for. I will list 5 things that I am thankful for, I think we all have something to be thankful for, even small things count. Gratitude really helps you become a happier person because you really start to appreciate the things that you do have. It will help you to realize that you do really have a good life. I would love for you to join me on Thankful Thursdays and to post what you are thankful for. Ok, me first!

I am so glad that I am getting closer to the end of my 30 day challenge on the EA Sports Active on the Wii. This is the very first time that I have been consistent with any exercise. I am very happy that I am sticking to something for the first time in my life. It is very hard though, because I have not lost any weight as of yet. I am trying to stay positive and focus on getting physically fit. On August 1, which will be my oldest son's birthday he will be 18, I can't believe it! I will not be watching what I eat on this day, of course because we all know with birthday celebrations everyone usually eats way more than they should. I will be starting to watch my portion sizes and eat a healthier diet on August 2nd. I am so bad at eating healthy, this is going to be my biggest challenge. I just love food, but who doesn't it is everywhere you go. I will need all the support I can get. If you have any really good recipes that I could try that are tasty, but also healthy I would love to try them. Have a great week, talk with you soon!
