Workout Accomplished

Hi, I did my ea sports active workout again today. One more day to go and I will have completed my 3 day of exercise this week and accomplished my goal this week. I have to say I feel great about it. Something that I don't feel so great about is that I totally overate today. I mean, I ate vanilla wafers, some cereal, chili from Wendy's I was horrible. As I said before, I am just working on my fitness for 1 month then next month I will focus on portion control. I am hoping that my workouts still count even though I failed terribly with my eating today. Having depression I find that I am an emotional eater. When something really bothers me I turn to food, who am I kidding I turn to food way to often. Happiness makes me eat, sadness makes me eat more. There has to be an even balance to all of this and I am determined to find it. Take care for now.

  1. Glad to hear you are enjoying the EA Sports Active. I really like mine, but have had to slow down due to shoulder & knee aches. Dang body getting older.

    Keep it up

  3. Wendy's chili is all that bad for you. :0)

Also, when changing your eating habits, you will have times when you revert to what you are used to. Take it one day at a time, no guilt and look to the future. The exercise will help. I too am beginning. I am starting by drinking more water and doing the Leslie Sansone DVDs. In the beginning of an exercise regiment, you may find you gain a little, but it is because you are building muscle, and muscle is heavier than fat. The more muscle you have, to more fat you can get rid of. Good luck!!!

  4. Losing weight has been a long time journey for me, too. I suffered with Anorexia nervosa for 17 years, in an effort to be thin and THIN I was. But, it caused many, many long-term health issues. I am now dealing with terminal cancer (although I'm determined to WIN this battle!) I am also an amputee and spend 99% of my time in a wheelchair. I have a prosthetic leg, but I can't wear it for long as I get big blisters. Needless to say, I struggle with my wt.! I wanted to suggest "SPARKPEOPLE". Just google it. It's an awesome way to monitor your wt. and what you eat. There's a lot of support there or you can keep your profile private. Please, feel free to follow my Blog. Although I have had some issues with Spirit Jump, I still LOVE the idea of it and encourage everyone to be a part of it! I'll be keeping you in my Prayers! I'm also following you on Twitter. Peace!
