About Me

Kelly H.: I am a wife and mother. I'm still trying to find out what I want to be when I grow up. I really love people and I feel passionate about making someone's day. My goal with this blog is to help all women nurture their body, mind and spirit. I hope to help as many people as I can, as I discuss everything from tips and advice, to my own daily life triumps and struggles. I would really like to make a difference in someone's life and the world. In my daily life, I struggle with depression and anxiety. I have started this blog to talk about my life and encourage myself and others that there is hope. I am taking the journey called life one step at a time, one day at a time. Follow me on my journey and I will help you along the way.
