Frumples Product Review

Live Longer: Get A Pet
Most everyone these days has a pet. If you don't, I recommend you get one. Studies have shown that people who have a pet live longer. A pet such as a dog, cat or even fish calm people. In my opinion, it seems as though my cat has a sixth sense. No, he does not see dead people! He has a inner knowing when I am not feeling well. Milo, my cat will cuddle close by me. He stays by my side for quite awhile. Any other time, when I am having a normal feel good day, he just looks at me and turns away. Have you ever experienced the same with your cat???
In most hospitals I have noticed that they bring in dogs for pet therapy. It is because pets lower your stress levels and blood pressure. People feel better and happy when they touch an animal or pet. Did you know that in " Twelve months after a heart attack the mortality rate in homes with a dog was 5%, and in homes with no dog, 26%." states Dr. Bernie Siegel, MD. This is quite amazing! So, next time your with your pet, notice how you feel. Your pet loves you unconditionally, that's why God put them here to love and to be loved. Take care :)

InspireTees Product Review
Hi everyone, I recently had the opportunity to review a truly amazing T-shirt, by the company called Inspiretees.com. They have very unique and high quality t-shirts. They have designed the shirts to inspire women and lift their spirits.
There are different styles and designs of shirts to choose from. I love that they use rhinestones to make their product stand out. This shirt, is so very pretty. They have different inspiring messages on each shirt. It feels good, to know that you are wearing a positive message that others can be inspired by.
The T-shirt that I was able to review is so unique. It has a picture of our Blessed Mother Mary on it. At the bottom of the t-shirt it says, Let It Be. It is so beautiful. The shirt is made out of good quality premium fabric and is self embellished in the USA. I have never seen a t-shirt like this anywhere. It is very pretty and flattering to the figure. The shirts range from size S-3X.

Sing! It Makes You Happy!
Did you know? It is a proven fact, that if you sing everyday you will feel happier.
It doesn't matter if you sing along to your favorite song, or you sing a cappella. Singing activates the pleasure center in your brain. Singing makes you release endorphins, you know, the FEEL GOOD hormones.
No wonder you feel in a better mood when you sing. As with any change your going to make in your life, the experts say it takes 21 days to create a habit. For now though, go ahead and try it for a week. Let me know if it makes a difference. You never know, you might be the next American Idol!!!!!!

Be In The Present Moment
There is a lot of talk lately about how everyone is so disconnected from the real world. People
are distracted by computers, cell phones ipods, etc. You name it, we get distracted by it. I think
we should all give technology a rest maybe just for a couple of hours or a day.
I love technology just like anyone else, but sometimes feel myself getting to obsessed with it. In the next couple of days try to focus on being in the present moment. Just be, sit alone in a chair making sure the ringers are off on your phone and your free from distractions.
Concentrate on your breath just recognize your breath flowing in and out of your nostrils and how it feels. Does it feel cool or warm? If your mind tends to wander on the millions of thoughts you are having, just bring yourself back to your breath. If you focus on just giving yourself little moments of time to be in the present you will feel much more calm and have more clarity.
Today, just start with 2 minutes. Gradually increase the minutes each week and work yourself up to 10 minutes etc. I hope this information is helpful to you. Everyone deserves to be happy and free from daily stress. Let me know how being present is helping you in your life.
