IPod Touch Review

I love my ipod touch so much that I wanted to blog about it. I have had my ipod touch for about 2 years and I absolutely love, love, love it. Did I say that enough? I think it is so great! I am big into self help, hence my blog name. I listen to tons of podcasts and I just download them to my ipod touch. The best place I find podcasts are www.blogtalkradio.com. It is great. Easy Delicious Cheesy Chicken Recipe

Hi, I have a great recipe for all of you. I have been making this for a couple of years now. It is a family favorite :) It is very easy to make and delicious, YUM! I am constantly searching for quick, easy, healthy recipes. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. This recipe serves 4. Let me know what you think and if you have any recipes that are your favorites, please feel free to share.


Delicious Cheesy Chicken

Boneless skinless chicken breast (2 to 3 lbs depending on family size)
1 can of cheddar cheese soup (Campbell's soup)
2 cans of cream of chicken soup (any kind)
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Directions: Cut up boneless skinless chicken breasts into
chunks. Put it in the crock pot. Add the cheddar cheese soup.
Then add the cream of chicken soups and the dill weed.
Stir all together in the crock pot.

Turn on High for 3 to 4 hours, Enjoy :)

I know that sometimes it is hard to find things you are thankful or grateful for when you are upset or in a bad mood, but you really have to realize that your life is good and you are blessed.These are the things I am thankful for. Please tell me what you are thankful for.

Taking A Break From Blogging

Hope you are all well. I have been taking a break from blogging for awhile, due to not feeling well. I know you all know I struggle with depression, but I have also had some health issues that I am trying to get worked out. I have been going to the doctors to find out what is going on. It is just kind of a waiting process. I have been trying to not worry to much, but of course that is hard to do. I have been trying to stay positive. Worrying doesn't seem to get me very far, except make me feel worse. How do you handle stress about your health? Do you have coping mechanisms that seem to help you? If you have any advice I would love to hear it. Wishing you all Happy Holidays!
